On July 18th at Anassa Hotel, OneJar and Kratis Training and Consulting partnered with Colmex Pro to deliver a simulation that brought together team members from across the company.

Through hands-on problem-solving, tight deadlines, and structured debriefs, participants engaged in an interactive way with lots of valuable learnings.

By the end of the session, participants were able to:

1️⃣ Recognise the power of strong teamwork and a shared mental model

2️⃣ Adapt roles dynamically when priorities shift

3️⃣ Work with peers in a fast-moving environment

4️⃣ Build stronger relationships across departments and borders

5️⃣ Spot Human Factor traps (fatigue, distractions, workload imbalance) that impact quality
