On October 8th, our Managing Director Andreas Tziarras facilitated the “Leading with Self-Awareness” workshop, the second session of the 5-month Leadership Development Program, part of the Kratis Leadership Development Program (LDP).

Through a series of interactive activities and behavioral assessments, participants gained valuable insights into their personal leadership styles and how self-awareness fosters effective leadership.
