The Department of Labour Relations has reached out to over 10,000 businesses across Cyprus regarding compliance with the Law on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions.
If you received this communication, action is required.
📝 What you need to do:Ensure all employees have received a written statement of employment terms
:• Core terms → within 7 days of start date
• Additional terms → within 1 month
📩 Submission required:Send signed copies (with employee acknowledgment) to the department of Labor
⏳ Deadline: 31 July 2026
