Training & Development

You're already paying for training. We make sure you use it.

Most Cyprus employers pay into the HRDA levy and never claim it back. We plan the training your team actually needs, handle the HRDA funding and paperwork, deliver the leadership and soft-skills programmes ourselves, and coordinate the rest — so much of it costs you far less than you'd expect.

The problem

You pay for training whether you use it or not

Every Cyprus employer pays the HRDA levy — a slice of payroll that funds national training. Most never see a cent of it back.

Meanwhile, corporate training inside the business is ad hoc at best: a course someone stumbles across, a manager promoted with no preparation, a skills gap nobody named until it caused a problem. And when training does happen, no one checks whether it changed anything.

So you end up paying twice — the levy you don't reclaim, and the cost of people who never got better at their jobs.

What's included

The whole training cycle, run for you

We run training from gap to result — planned, funded, delivered, and proven, instead of improvised.

We identify the gaps

A proper training needs analysis, by business direction, role, and person.

We coordinate HRDA funding

Eligibility, application, approvals and reporting, so qualifying training is subsidised.

We coordinate the training

Sourcing and managing providers for technical and specialist programmes, plus scheduling, logistics and records.

We deliver the soft skills

Leadership, management and people skills, run by our own team.

We evaluate effectiveness

Measuring whether behaviour and results changed — not just who attended.

HRDA funding

We make the HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) levy work for you

You already pay into the HRDA (ΑνΑΔ) — Cyprus's Human Resource Development Authority. The catch is the bureaucracy: eligible programmes, applications, approvals and reporting that most companies never find time to navigate.

We do it for you. We identify which training qualifies, handle the funding application and paperwork, and make sure you actually claim what you're entitled to — so a large share of your training is subsidised rather than paid out of pocket.

Delivery

We deliver the soft skills — and coordinate the rest

We don't hand you a course catalogue and walk away. The human side — leadership, management, communication and the soft skills that make or break a team — we deliver ourselves, built for Cyprus reality. Our programmes train 300+ people a year in leadership and management alone.

For technical and specialist training, we coordinate and manage the right providers — so the whole programme still runs through one partner, planned, funded and tracked the same way.

Evaluation

And we check that it worked

Most training ends at the certificate. Ours doesn't. We evaluate effectiveness — did behaviour change, did the skill stick, did the result move — so you know what your training spend actually bought. Attendance was never the outcome; capability is.

FAQ

What does training and development outsourcing include?+

The full cycle: a training needs analysis to find the gaps, HRDA funding coordination, scheduling and logistics, in-house delivery of the soft-skills programmes (leadership, management, people skills) with technical and specialist training coordinated through vetted providers, and evaluation of whether the training actually worked.

Can you help us access HRDA / ΑνΑΔ funding?+

Yes. We identify which programmes qualify, handle the application, approvals and reporting, and make sure you claim the funding you're already paying for through the levy.

Do you deliver the training yourselves or outsource it?+

Both, by design. We deliver the soft-skills programmes ourselves — leadership, management and people skills (300+ people a year). For technical or specialist training, we source and manage the right providers, so the whole programme still runs through one partner.

How do you decide what training we need?+

Through a training needs analysis tied to where the business is going, what each role requires, and where individuals need to develop — so training targets real gaps, not guesswork.

How do you measure training effectiveness?+

We look at whether behaviour and results changed after the training, not just attendance — so you can see the return on what you spent.
